Staff, students, and parents kicked off the new year with an ice cream social event. It was a great way to meet and greet, while enjoying some ice cream treats. Thanks to parents and students who were able to stop by and visit with us!
We would like to give thanks to the representatives from Ladder Up, the Rush Associates Board members Jim Cox, Vice President First Merit Bank and Celeste Johnson, Manager, Student Loan Default Prevention, Student Finance, City Colleges of Chicago and additional Rush volunteers such as Carole Streicher, Partner, KPMG.
Simpson Academy Seniors and Eighth Grade graduating classes enjoyed an exquisite four course lunch at the Grand Lux Cafe.
Simpson Academy students performed at this year's talent show. Our ladies showed us they know how to rap, dance, recite their own poetry, sing, and more!
